HOUSING FIRST SOLANO
Housing First Solano works to end homelessness by:
- Facilitating multi-agency cooperation and coordination
- Connecting persons experiencing homelessness with housing, job, family, and medical resources
- Securing funds from the State of California, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and private organizations to end homelessness.
We invite community members to join the Housing First Solano Continuum of Care in preventing and ending homelessness in Solano County!
WHAT WE DO
SAVE THE DATE Continuum of Care Subrecipient Training
December 4 1:00-2:00 PM - Delivered via Zoom
HUD in conjunction with CAP Solano JPA staff will be offering a training on fundamentals of Continuum of Care Subrecipient Administration. Topics covered in the September Training include: Risk Assessment and Match Documentation.
