Join the Housing First Solano Continuum of Care General Membership

We invite anyone working to address homelessness and housing in Solano County to join and be engaged with the Housing First Solano CoC! 

Housing First Solano is the regional planning body that coordinates the community’s policies, strategies, and activities toward preventing and ending homelessness. Through the Continuum of Care, community stakeholders engage on the issues facing Solano County’s low-income population, homeless individuals and families, as well as other at-risk populations, and become part of the solutions being offered to address those challenges.

There are many ways to collaborate, participate, and stay informed about the wide range of projects and funding opportunities being pursued in the region to address poverty and homelessness. Please share the CoC website and/or email with other agencies, nonprofits, and community members that may wish to become stakeholders in solutions to ending homelessness. We hope to hear from you soon!
